Does TriblockHR handle payroll for me?
TriblockHR is a software solution, we do not actually process payroll for you. While we do not process payroll for you, our team has the expertise to help you where you need it.

Does TriblockHR do payroll?
Yes, TriblockHR has a built in payroll module that is very robust and reliable. Since it is built in you do not have to sync employee data between multiple systems which can cause issues.
What other software does TriblockHR integrate with?
Over a dozen thrid-party software integrate with TriblockHR out of the box. You are able to request other integrations if we do not have it currently.
What is TriblockHR's cancellation/refund policy?
You can cancel your TriblockHR account at any time. If you do decide to cancel, please understand that we do not offer refunds. You can request your data in a downloadable format before you leave.
Does TriblockHR have time and leave tracking?
Yes, TriblockHR comes out of the box with both Time & Attendance as well as Leave Management.
Where is my data housed? How secure is TriblockHR?
TriblockHR customer data is hosted within The United States. All information is encrypted in transit, and sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. We use a Zero Trust model to keep your data locked down at every level, and we take multiple measures to ensure that it stays that way. Here are some measures we take to prevent data leaks and unauthorized data access: Frequent vulnerability scans, web application firewall, SAML support, and security audits.
